Diane Blanford and Larry Mergl are the team that makes up Truckee Reservations. Both are professionals with backgrounds in a variety of businesses. They moved to Truckee in 2003 to work for the largest property management company in Truckee at the time. Larry also worked at Blue Sky Homes as their property manager, while Diane started working in the real estate field as a personal assistant and then as an office manager. Larry is now the owner of Larry The Spa Guy with over 250 clients in the Truckee area. Diane and Larry are committed to making Truckee Reservations the best property management company in Truckee by providing the best customer service possible, applying their respective professional skills to every aspect of the business, thinking outside the box when it comes to marketing and by utilizing the contacts needed for home maintenance in the Truckee area.

Now after the first year of property management, Diane and Larry are excited to become partners with Matt Hanson, broker for Tahoe Truckee Homes. We plans for expansion in the works and a new broker, the second year should be better than the first!
